Excellent service

We were in the area attending a wedding party.The front desk was exceptional they had everything organized for us and even had directions to the wedding place and info on the restaurants available to us at check in.The kids enjoyed the Ymca facility right across the street which was complimentary from the hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
Not Worth the Money

I had reservations for two rooms at the hotel and they did save the rooms for me. Plus, they kept my money. The general manager was not helpful at all. He said that it was our fault. I can't figure out why. We arrived in plenty of time according the rules of the hotel, yet our room was gone. The poor lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, but the other general manager and his wife were a pain to deal with in the matter. My suggest go down the street to the other hotels. Nice hotel ACROSS THE STREET

Problems from the moment we walked in!!! Room type not same as reservation. No extra blankets, no wake up call, rude housekeeping, phones not working, unable to get voice mails, pool furniture dirty, and with all this, manager unavalable for the 40 plus hours we were there. Not worth the money!!!!! Stay across the Street!!!!! Not woth the trouble
