Pit Stop!

I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave and when I arrived it wasn't available. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, he told me there were no rooms with a refrigerator/microwave available. He didn't even attempt to assist us. The front desk clerks, day and night, were not accommodating and unfriendly to the guests. They were not welcoming at all. There goes the so-called North Carolina hospitality! They were actually annoyed/bothered when you asked them for anything. The continental breakfast was okay; nothing spectacular. It was very disappointing. I would not stay at a Sleep Inn ever again!
