Comfort Suites Hayward, Hayward

I liked the location and the spacious surroundings, great pool for the family and beautiful view and location on lake. Walked to some great attractions and shops located just off the property, main street shopping is a fairly long walk (about a mile) to main part of town but a good walking path, sidewalk and spacious area away from road to walk safely if you want to walk or run as I did, of course you can always drive. Great service and attention from the staff and good breakfast (walffles) and I love the cookies that they make there at the hotel for the guests. Also a great room for the kids to play games (board games) and a fairly nice library with an abondance of childrens books and outdoor fishing, hunting books for everyone to enjoy.

I liked the big open feel of the lobby, the spacious grounds with a playground for the kids. The rooms were great. We stayed on the non-pool side which was good as I could really smell that smell off in that wing. Great sidewalks all along the back, some kids were riding bikes around the motel. Nice outdoor sitting area. The continental breakfast and room were very nice as well. My only complaint was the sink outside the room. I hate that but that's a common feature at many motels/hotels. I would stay here again.
