Will never stay here again
By Kim K, 4/11/11
My family were traveling down to Camp Cedar's Scout camp for family night. We did not feel the need to rush back home. So we stayed here, well never again we will drive back home. Once we were settled for the the night we locked the door and went to bed. About 5am our door opens and it the front desk clerk walking in. I woke up and saw him and he left the room. I know that clerk knew we were still in that room. I felt violated, I will never ever stay there again

Poor...will stay elsewhere next time
By Hoodoo, 10/15/10
Checked in on a weeknight and was informed that both the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Room contained frig and microwave but was otherwise minimally furnished. Room desk used what looked to be a straight backed dining chair. Wireless internet in room was unusable, wired internet was intermittent. The internet on the guest lobby computer was down as well. Bathroom was very small and utilized a sliding door. Got in late and didn't look things over carefully enough but noticed the badly stained pillow & mattress when the sheet corner was pulled up in the morning. Disgusting. Management/housekeeping should have replaced or cleaned these bedding components prior to assigning the room to any new guests. There were other housekeeping issues giving the overall impression that a thorough cleaning was in order especially the room perimeter. Hotel is north of Omaha at the US30 interchange and was convenient to our route but the busy 24hour truck stop next door generated noise that was audible in our top floor room at the north end of the hotel. I expected better based on some of the earlier reviews. Disappointing.

Unsatisfied
By PR, 9/16/10
We stayed in this hotel our first night out on a cross country trip and neither my husband or I had a decent sleep. It was very overpriced considering it condition and location. It is next to a truck stop and there were semi's parked right outside our bedroom window running all night. The room was dirty and the carpets in need of repair. Would not stay here again. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired - couldn't even get a banana to eat and the pastries were bad.

Perfect for OCC disorder
By January, 2/26/10
When I travel I bring my own pillow, blanket, cleaning disinfectant, ask for extra sheets to cover anything I think I will sit in. No exception, I brought my same supply of things to the Sleep Inn in Freemont, NE. I did not need to use anything I brought except for cleaning the remote control which is a given at any place I stay. We had a King Suite and I will tell you, this is the cleanest room I have stayed in. Cleaner, nicer and brighter than a Comfort Inn. I will definately be staying here again and looking for more Sleep Inn's if they're as nice as this one. Front Desk help is wonderful! Fabulous breakfast! AAA +++ from Iowa.

Great stay!
By Amy, 4/21/07
Every Sleep Inn I have ever stayed at was very clean & very nice. This was no exception. I try to find a Sleep Inn wherever I go. The beds are more comfortable than anywhere else and the shower heads actually accomodate a person 6' tall.

Smoking Rooms
By susan, 11/3/06
As a smoker, I was very dissatisfied with our room, it was absolutly repulsive. I had no complaints with the non smoking rooms. I understand smokers rooms are going to have a smell of stale smoke but this was over and beyond any rooms I have ever been in. We had to sleep with the window open all the way that night. Our clean clothes smelled of stale smoke so bad the next morning it was all we could do to drive the 45 minutes home and change. We didn't even smoked in the room because we couldn't stand the smell, unfortunately at 1:00 AM I wasn't going to request another room, I wished I had now. I informed the desk attendant the next morning and he said sorry,it is a smoking room. Just so you are aware the bedding and towels were disgusting with stale smoke smell. I would appreciate and response from the corporate offices on this matter.

Quiet, Clean & Friendly
By Dashan, 7/4/06
This motel is on the outskirts of Fremont, making it a bit out of the way from the attractions, but adding to the peace and quiet of my stay. 3 minutes of extra travel to ensure a more peaceful motel is worth it. The continental breakfast was great with the rolls and coffee fresh, the milk cold and the waffle irons clean. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. Our room was roomy and clean with every thing functioning properly. We actually had two rooms, double queen and a king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The only down side of the motel is showers only in the double queen room and it's entire bathroom being very small. Our non-smoking king suite was across the hallway from smoking rooms. The smell was pungent just outside our door when maids had smoker room doors open during cleaning.
