Quality Inn Burbank, Burbank

Hotel is next to train instersection. 1:00 am train blew horn and woke us up. Staff was uncooperative when we booked. They referred us to 800 # but when we checked out they charge us 15% more than we were quoted and said their computers were down. Over-all I say... stay somewhere else.

i hated it so much all the cleaning ladies are spics and the dude in the lobby looked like taliban tony those taliban should not be able to work here im a racist nazi hitler lovin nigger so fuck you

Yahoo travel books this room for $86.00 total $93.41. when i arrived, the inn had the reservation. total from inn was $66.00 at checkin. and $73.00 at check out. but walkin's got rates of $45.00 a night. at walkin rate its not bad place. Is NOT worth $93.00 a night. train track and I-5 is 50 yards away. train runs every 2 hours and train horn echos in the rooms. pool is size of large bath tub not clean not heated. bad area to be in swimsuit any way. inn's lot shared with jack-in-box with drive through next to pool and can be seen from street. over run with rochs and ants. I would not recomend this place to any one except by the hour.

I stayed in this hotel about two years ago and I STILL remember the experience. It was so profoundly bad that I thought I should add my two cents almost two years later (I was researching rooms for a new trip when this memory came back to me). Let me start by saying that I'm all about saving money... no frills needed here. I am not a hotel snob. I can say now (without hesitation) that it's worth a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else. I stayed alone on the third floor during a rain storm. The room leaked and smelled like mold. I could live with this somewhat.. but when the rain started pouring in on my bed while I was sleeping it was unbearable. Then in the morning when I woke up cold and wet, I noticed that there was a huge swarm of ants in the garbage can that were feasting on my leftover dinner. The garbage was near my suitcase so I had to clean out my suitcase as well. I complained in the morning and they gave me a $10 discount, but that still wasn't worth it. I later stayed at the Best Western on Riverside and I felt safe, warm and I was in a clean room. Never again will I stay at a Quality Inn. I even wrote a letter to the company telling them they should QUICKLY pull the franchise ownership because the people who run this hotel were giving them a bad name. Terrible terrible hotel... save yourself and spend a few extra bucks somewhere else... especially if you're a female traveling alone. I did not feel safe at night.

TV had 5 channels, volume control didn't work on the TV. Bathrooms were so-so, the local area had nothing to offer. Hotel service was limited. Breakfast was in cramped 'closet' in the reception area. Food was okay. Oh! The train passing in the evening and mornings was a wonderful distraction(NOT!). I would have to say the this place was one of the low points in my 'hotel' experiences. Never Again!

Excellent Location. Friendly Service. Clean and cost effective rooms. Nearby to Burbank Airport, Universal Studios, Burbank Media Center, and many other local attractions. Would definately stay again!

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in!!!! The sheets were dirty, the toilet ran all night and the smell was overpowering!!

I do not recommend this slum. First of all, I was charged a higher rate than was quoted to me over the phone. The continental breakfast was served in the crampiest kitchen (if you could even call it that!) The outdoor pool was located in the parking lot-amidst exhaust fumes! Hotel had a weird smell to it. The only plus was its location, however, I would never stay here again and it makes me question whether I would ever book at any Quality inn again.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. Its dirty, dated and just plane nasty. Obviously Quality Inn will sell their name to anyone. Not only was the hotel a flea bag. I returned my car to the airport at approx. 10pm. The hotel told me they had a shuttle service. They did not offer shuttle service from the airport to the hotel! So with my 7 year old daughter, we had to get a cab and hawl our luggage to the hotel. The lobby was dirty and smokey. If I hadn't pre-paid it on line, I would have left. The room was original throughout circa 1950's. The next morning we were trying to catch our flight home and the hotel shuttle did not start running until 7am, so at 6am we had to get another cab to drive us back to the airport. Our hotel was so bad our cab driver made a comment about what a dump it was, so you know its bad!!
