Comfort Inn & Suites Truth Or Consequences, Truth or Consequences

I travel for work. I have stayed in this place many times. One weekend I had a reservation and asked for early check in. I told whomever I spoke with on the phone that I had been driving for 2 days and I was exhausted and would arrive in T or C about 11:00 would it be possible for early check in. I was told that it would be no problem. I arrived at 11:30 and was told I could not check in til 3:00. I explained the arrangements that I had made. I was quite upset and left. I called and asked for them to cancel my reservation but I was told that this is not possible. I was quite disappointed with the customer service. Buyer beware. er
