Free "high speed internet" unbelievably slow!

I have no complaints about the room, the bed, etc., but this hotel advertises "high speed internet access" and what they actually have here is slower than dial-up. My computer measures it at 11 Mbps. That's high speed? I don't think so. I complained to the desk clerk about it, but she just shrugged and said,"Sorry."
 
 
 
 
 
Will not stay there again!

The non-smoking room smelled of STALE smoke. The bathtub had a dirty washcloth in it and in the corner of the room was a man's dirty shoe insole. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. Will not return and would not recommend it.

Comfortable!

I was not expecting this hotel to be so comfortable. The atmosphere when you entered the lobby was very inviting. the staff at that time of evening was so courteous. The overall experience was clean, comfortable and I will return!
