Completely enjoyed the stay.

Quiet. Easy access to mall, racetrack and I-85. Gentelman at the desk and room service went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Often get a feel for hotel by what other guest say, heard nothing but good comments from people at breakfast. Not a three star experience but more than comfortable. Will stay there again.

Not a good place to stay

The customer service was unsatisfactory. The staff could care less if you stay there or not. We tried two rooms that had the same problem - the doors do not lock. You can stand in the hallway and push our door open. I do not know what is going on with this place but it was one of the worst experiences with hotels that I ever had. There is a sign by the front desk that says if your room is not satisfactory, let the staff know within ten minutes. Surprisingly, I was able to get a full refund.
