miserable nights stay

in oct 2007 we stayed in the wingate by wyndham mooresville and i must tell you that i haven't stayed in a noisier place ever. our room was the last room available and it was near the elevator on the 2nd floor. all night long you could hear the elevator starting and stopping. it was so bad that i left my room and tried to sleep in my van. it was somewhat quieter but not much. i paid 150.00+ for that room and it was a terrible experience. upon leaving i related to the person at the desk, my displeasure. he blew me off. surprise!!!. i wish that i could rate you higher, but that is impossible. a lower rating could have been available. thanks for listening. by the way my wife is disabled and it was especially tough for her. thanks again.
