Poor Service
The service was hardly the level of a 2-star hotel. When we checked-in, there was no one to help us with our luggage up to our 2nd floor room. When we mentioned this at check-out, the director of operations seemed confrontational and did not seem to care, and even after our comments, he did not offer assistance on check-out. We stayed in one of the most expensive suites ($475/night). The room was nice, but for the price, we could have had a better room at one of the chains with excellent service. The a/c was set too high, and we found spiders in the room. We had to call housekeeping for someone to make-up our room. Our 40-jet tub was nice the first day, but the second day, a part was replaced, without our knowledge, so when we used it the 2nd day, water sprayed all over the bathroom. There is no door to the shower, and no newspapers are provided at your suite. The continental breakfast was good, but a hot breakfast would have been better. The fitness center is very small.
The hotel is situated by a high-traffic street (hwy 12/Broadway St.), and you can hear the cars at night. It is also located across from a used car lot.
The hotels in Napa are much better for the price.
