Keep Driving! Don't stop!!

This worst place I have ever stayed when it comes to customer service and I travel a lot. This trip I was traveling with my family; wife and two kids. At the time of making the reservation we used a credit card to guarantee the room. Upon our arrival at 2:30AM, after a long night of driving, we arrived to find that the reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because we arrived too late and they had sold the rooms (we wanted to adjoining rooms). The room rate was to be $77.00 for two nights. The night before check out, we stayed two nights, they finished the bill and charged me $97.00 per night. When I asked about the increased charges I was told by the manager that the rate adjusted due to the day of the week. He corrected the rate after a "discussion" about the rate I'd been given at check in. The front desk staff were less than professional, the beds were uncomfortable and the towels smelled bad. Do yourself a favor and keep driving, don't stop.
