Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead, Atlanta

As an Executive Chef and 20+ year veteran of the hospitality industry, I know what to look for when it comes to hotel service. Though not fully perfect (what is?), the Buckhead Wingate is very, very good at what they do. Cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent. Plenty of towels, high quality bathroom toiletries. Asthetically pleasing room with wood floors, nice colors, good quality bed and linens. Front desk called me by my name our entire stay! Marquis was very helpful with our special requests for extra towels and disposable plates and cutlery for our room. Complimentary limo rides were fun and efficient. Blew the kids away!! Definitely recommended.

Unbelievable service. Oversized rooms with hardwood floors! Free cookies in the lobby.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF (ALAN,CHRIS) WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD!! NEVER SEEN TWO GUYS WORK SO HARD TO MAKE THE GUEST HAPPY. I FELT SAFE ALSO.....

The room has only one small bottle of shampoo. Two of us need to wash our hair and that is not enough. So I called the evening front desk. The front desk said "come down to get it". So I did. Then the front desk asked "why do you need shampoo? Doesn't your room have any?" I had to explain to him that I was sorry to use have used too much shampoo. But dammed it I paid $175 a night to get this treatment?! what kine of service is this??? As a guest I had to explain to use more than one small bottle of shampoo? This is not the way to run a business!!!
