Would definitely stay here again!!!

Our room was very nice, the whole place smelled very clean and the staff was wonderful! We arrived on Thursday night late and received 2 cookies which our 3 yr old loved. She had surgery the next monring and that night all she was worried about was getting more of those cookies. Upon arriving at the hotel after surgery we told a staff member and he went out of his way to get her more cookies. They were all very accommodating.

Sent away in spite of reservation

Upon arrival (from oversees) I was sent to a nearby motel (with very bad standard, which belonged to the same hotel chain, because they had overbooked. They offered a free night but that did not make it better since it was a business-, not a private trip.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was great, hotel was clean. As usual the pool was too cold to go in. Even our children said it was cold. We have come here for many years and I have never seen the pool warm. BRRRRRR
