Hampton Inn Lexington Park, Lexington Park

This marks mt 58 night in a Hilton property this year with another 16 nights in other hotels. This now rates at the bottom of the list. Last night the AC was broke. I reported it to the front dest at I left for dinner. They didn't get back to me. The next day I reported it again. Once again they didn't get back to me. On the third visit to the front desk they were confused about what room I was in. I guess I was to change rooms with out being notified or given a new key. To night there is a party in the meeting room below me. Thump Thump Thump Thump...... for three hours and it is still going. If this is how a business traveler is treated just guess how they treat everyone else.

The hotel was great.The room was great.The food was great.The pool was great.The service was great. I would stay here again.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was very professional, yet personal and warm. I was in town to tend to my father who had been hospitalized. I was recommended to the Hampton Inn by a desk clerk from another hotel right up the street because I wanted the convience of walking distance to good food etc. After time at the hospital (and the stress of sharing Marylands winding/hilly roads with crazy drivers) I was able to completley wind down in comfort, clean up a bit, walk 100ft across a well lit and clean parking lot and enjoy lunch/dinner and beverages. After 3 days I felt spoiled and regretted having to depart. However, due to circumstances I will be returning within a few days and staying for up to 10 days. If I still like the place after that ...I might buy it and move in.

This hotel was outstanding in all aspects. The staff was friendly, helpful, could not do enough for you. I was traveling with mom who is "walker-dependent". The staff anticipated her every need, whether it be open a door, assist at breakfast, always looking to help. Prior to leaving home, my side view mirror had been broken. The desk clerk checked the internet for auto glass replacement companies and I was able to have the mirror fixed before my 4 hour trip home. Breakfast was wonderful, hot, always refilled. I must commend Ben. He was every where you needed him. I joked with him, don't you ever leave. Excellent experience, will stay again.

I travel for work and I randomly picked this hotel due to its location. I have been very happy with the staff, cleanliness, bed(!!!), etc. Now I try to get a reservation there each time I go. White Hall MD

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Recently in town for a skateboarding competition at Nicolet Park. Didn't know where to stay, and just picked, what I thought was the closest hotel to the park, and glad I did. The bed was absolutely amazing! Slept better there than I do at home...
