Great hotel!!!

I stayed at this hotel when it was an Amerihost and it looks absolutely breathtaking now. The lobby area has been renovated and there is an expanded continental breakfast area with a new meeting facility. They rebranded to a Quality Inn and are going to completely renovate the guest rooms next. Great accomodation and service for a very reasonable price. I would stay here rather than in Warsaw or Fort Wayne.

it was horrible i sayed up all night because of the hard cheap bed there was hair all in the bathroon and when i moved the shower mat it was meldew all under it

Very Nice Stay

I stayed 9 days on a business trip, and had NO compliments. I had an excellent stay! Ammunities Galore: Serta King Size Bed with 4 pillows was very comfortable! Big Stuffed Recliner Computer Desk Cable TV Wake Up Calls Cleaned very well every day! Continental Breakfast Indoor Hot Tub and heated pool Exercise Room Nice Local Restaurants too!

electrical problems,safety hazzard, no pool as described, unsafe to walk around @ night,broken fixtures,ac not working properly, motel is a disgrace Best Feature: there is none Needs Improvement: everything

Clean Hotel and Friendly Staff

We stay at the Amerihost in Columbia City aleast once a year for the last 3 years. It is the cleanest hotel in Columbia City. Plus you have the staff that work there. They are so friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Every time we stay at the Amerihost there is something new they add to improve our stay.

Great Clean and Comfortable and the best pillows ever!!!!

We travel all over the USA this has got to be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The pillows are so comfortable. And the staff take so much pride in their work so friendly and helpful alwas happy to see us. Best hotel in Columbia City. We will be stay here again and again

Very Dirty and awful hotel.

This hotel is very dirty. The rooms were not cleaned. The service was very bad. The breakfast was not enough for all of the guests. I called for wakeup and the employee hungup the phone on me. I would say never stay in this hotel.

Excellent Service

My family and I spent a long weekend in the spacious and luxurious whirlpool suite and truly enjoyed the breadth and depth of the service provided by management. They constantly smiled and reassured all their guests that they'd made the right choice staying at Amerihost. Everything including the morning continental breakfast, indoor pool and jacuzzi, free newspaper, and most importantly, the staff made our trip enjoyable.
