Comfort Suites Regency Park Cary, Cary

Well first of all the elevator was slow. Then in the middle of the night there were kids running around the hotel slamming doors and screaming like there were in a playground. in the morning the food wasn't that great the eggs looked like the were sitting a 2 inch pool of water, cereal was stale. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because they were sanding down some sheetrock at 12:30 midnight. Finally I booked the room thru KAYAK at a great price of $255 for 3 nights. Then later realized that my bank was charged by the hotel as well for $204.00. Kayak said its the hotels fault. Hotel couldn't explain what happened. Took forever for refund after many phone calls. NEVER AGAIN. too bad there is a 4000 character limit other wise I would keep going and going and going.

This hotel was fine until I found additional charges on my credit card bill from this hotel. They charged me for bottled waters that I've dranked. These bottled waters were stored in the refrigerator of the room I stayed. Hotel staff claimed that the bottles of water are tagged with a statement that you will get charged if taken. I certainly did take the bottle water but I certainly don't remember any tags that makes such claims. Well, is their words agains mines. I believe their claims are not true and part of a deceitful practice to add more to their profits. So, watch out. They may charge you for the use of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper for which you may think are complimentary. Stay away from this hotel.

My husband, daughter and I stay here every time we go to Cary. We love it because it is so clean; the staff is great and, so helpfull and, it is the best price. I just can't say enough about this hotel. It is located in a great spot as well. Not far from anything at all. The kicker is it is so quiet.

We booked this hotel for price and location (near my father's home - we were here to surprise for a big birthday party). We booked the executive king suite and were impressed with the size. Nice flat screen tv, plenty of room for myself and two teenagers. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice hot breakfast (including eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, juices, coffee, fruit and yogurt). The location feels remote, almost desolate after dark, but not really that far from UNC, Duke, and Wake Forest, which the teenagers loved! Indoor pool and spa, as well as fitness area, are also nice. We will definitely stay here each time we come to visit family.

I found Comfort Suites to be everything I would expect in a quality hotel!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the courtesy of the staff!! I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Cary, NC! My grandson (12 yrs old) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the wonderful breakfast buffet. We have stayed at this hotel several times and we are never disappointed. We request one of the larger rooms and it is perfect for the 3 of us. The breakfast is good also.

Very clean. People who work there are very curtious. Breakfast had a number of choices - I made waffles :) I would stay here again. Free internet.

I loved the pillowtop beds they have! It's the best I've slept in months. Everyone was really nice, and they even had omlettes and sausage on the breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here everytime I visit Cary!

My two night stay was fine, but for some reason HBO did not work the second day of my stay (just a blue screen). Other than that, there were some stains on the couch and chair, but that is really no big deal (I did turn the cushions over on the couch). The staff was very curteous and helpful with directions etc. I would certainly condsider staying there again.
