Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale, Scottsdale

We took our vacation over July 4th. We loved the price and our price included the breakfast buffet in the restaurant! Can't beat $67 per night. We know the price was so low because it was the middle of summer and not a huge tourist time of year because of the heat, but we were visiting family and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and very nice! The pool was great and we also tried out the hottub. The breakfast was wonderful, so much food! Staff was also very nice! We loved it too because the hotel was not busy. I know it was because of the time of year, but it was so nice and quiet. Didn't have screaming kids running around or loud people going to their rooms in the middle of the night. Also a great location.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I stayed for 1 night and they charged me a 250.00 cleaning fee for supposedly finding a cigarrette bud in the hotel room. I don't smoke!!!That is why I chose to stay at this hotel. This hotel is a rip off!!!

This hotel is your average run of the mill Garden Inn and is what you expect from the HGI properties. Nice big rooms, clean, large breakfast bar, free business center, small indoor heated pool and nothing more. The furnishings and bedding could use some updating, but I've always found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The two room suites are especially spacious. One room has a workspace area with a large desk and chair, small fold-out sofa and easy chair, coffee table and t.v. armoire. All of the rooms have views of neighboring office parks with the gorgeous Arizona mountains in the background. The location is great! You can walk to Old Town Scottsdale. Parking is ample and free via an underground garage (perfect during rainy season -- your car stays dry and the hail won't damage it). Also, all rooms have complimentary high speed internet access and you don't have to pay extra for it. That is a HUGE bonus! The hotel also has as 24 hour pantry in the lobby where you can grab snacks, drinks and toiletries in case you forgot something. I stay here almost every time I visit Scottsdale and I have yet to be disappointed. This is a great hotel for single female travellers too; it is very safe and comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
