Hotel Selesa Johor Bahru, Johor Bahru

We r a family of 4 w 2 small children. My kids are into swimming pool at every hotels in checked in. The pool is quite huge..but no guard available. Swim at yr own risk.. tat's common! What abt swimming towels..wait a minute! Tired of waiting since no one turn up, I self serve towels in the basket & signed on the book! On my way to our room, i informed the counter staff. Next day.. same thing happened. No staff at the pool..probably it was cold out there!!!
