Intown Suites, Louisville

I’ve been a traveling Superintend for over 10 years and have stayed in over 50 extended stay motels all over the country and know of over 50 supers just like me and I have never been in a place that I feel unwanted like I do here!!!! I am a 43 year old white man and there is a black manager and his friends here a night time that makes racial remarks and tries to make me and my wife scared also comes buy the room and look in the window. He has told us that he can make us leave and keep our money. We checked Monday the 21st and are checking out Monday the 28th to move in to our new house. We have asked for our money back so we can go somewhere else but they told us that we could not have it! So we are stuck here! So again this afternoon it starts again!!! PLEASE GET US OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!!! I promise I will let ever Contractor that’s builds restaurants to stay away from this place!!!! Ps. I’m sure I will never here from them. I’ve been trying to call!!! So I will contact ever review board that I can! They never answer the phone.
