We stayed at this hotel a week ago and will definately go back. Great service, fantastic room and very good location. I have paid double at other hotels and left displeased. Thanks to all for making our stay very enjoyable. We will be back.Definately 5 star in my book....

Have been there many times

I very much enjoyed the people who work there. We received excellent service. The employees were very polite and curtious. Will continue to spend vacations at this hotel.

Wonderful Experience

I would definately recommend this hotel! The building is beautiful and the room was awesome. I have nothing but great things to say about my overall experience there!

Customer Focus

It seems that the General Manager and Front Desk Clerk needs to take lessons from Tamara on Customer Service and Customer Focus. When trying to make reservations for two suites, Tony and Stacey were difficult to deal with over the phone. This was a surprise because I had spoken with Tamara the day before and she had taken extra time to give information on rooms, rates and availability. She even went out of her way to provide information about the area.
