Prescott Inn And Suites, Prescott

After construction, rating probably will be higher. We booked this hotel for the beginning of Aug. 2009 for an event in town. I had reserved a standard 2 queen bed room. We added another family member so I called to see if there was room for a roll-away bed. They treated me very well and offered to see if they could upgrade us at no charge to a mini-suite. After a couple of minutes I was happy to hear that they had a mini-suite available. When we got there, boy were we surprised. The hotel was very clean, but we were never informed that they were under reconstruction! NO WONDER THEY HAD A MINI-SUITE AVAILABLE. The room was huge and very comfortable, however, there was no dresser to put clothes in. There was a TV hutch with small drawers, not enough for the size of the room that will sleep 6 at the minimum. When we arrived we were not informed that they restaurant was CLOSED. That was 1 reason we stayed there, the other was their continental breakfast. The assortment to choose from for breakfast was very limited. I travel to Visalia, CA quite often and stay at a chain hotel that costs me about the same. Their breakfast selection is like that of a restaurant. I was very upset with the selection available. Especially since a member of the family is a diabetic and it was hard finding a good assortment of proper food. I would stay there again, but would definitely make sure that the construction is done and all amenities at the hotel are up and running.

Our stay was very comfortable, we really enjoyed the hot breakfast and wished more hotels would do this. Staff was very pleasant. Looking forward to our return.

IT AMAZES ME THE DIFFERENCE IN SERVICE THIS VISIT COMPARED TO THE LAST. WE HAD AN OUTSTANDING WAITRESS LAST TIME WE WERE AT THE RESTAURANT. THIS TIME WE HAD A AWFUL WAITRESS THAT OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T CARE THAT WE WERE THERE. SHE WAS CLEARLY MORE INTERESTED IN SMOKING AND TALKING ON HER PHONE. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS THE BARTENDER KEPT AN EYE ON US WHEN THEY HAD A CHANCE. ALTHOUGH IT WAS A SATURDAY THEY WEREN'T VERY BUSY. I ATTRIBUTE SOME OF THAT TO THEIR SERVICE. WE WON'T BE BACK!!

For a Quality Inn the property has everything a traveler could ask for! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a friendly face! The service we received was always prompt and each staff member was there to serve - what a change from the last Prescott hotel we stayed at! The free breakfast served each morning was delicious and bountiful! The cookies in the lobby make for a scrumptious treat as well! The room was spacious, very clean and well kept. Although this was a family get-away, they have great function space so I am talking to my boss to see if we can hold our next meeting there! Kudo's to the management - you run a great hotel!

All the staff was pleasant and helpful, the rooms are large and clean. The Lariat restaurant has great food and good prices. The Salon was very nice and offers many services. I was very happy with my recent stay at this Quality Inn in Prescott, AZ

This comfortable,quiet hotel has microwave, fridge, and a balcony with chairs and table. We had a great green mountain view. The staff was so polite. We were there in oct of 2004.

My wife and I so enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn and Suites in Prescott! The room was exceptionally clean and the service unsurpassed. It was quiet and the free hot breakfast was an added bonus! We look forward to our next stay in Prescott at what has become "our" Quality Inn! Our congratulations to this fine hotel for exceeding our expectations.....we are indeed a very picky couple! David

We have stayed here several times over the past 2 years while our son was a student-athlete at Yavapai College. This is a very comfortable place to stay. We really enjoy the indoor pool, which really is heated and a lot of fun. Our rooms have been clean, and I like the balcony (I smoke out there). It is a ways out from downtown. The restaurant on property is also quite comfortable. It is good food at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly. There's an exercise room, and a computer that I've looked at email. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, and you can find just about anything you like, including hot foods like eggs and gravy. The dining room for breakfast is comfortable, spacious and light.
