Holiday Inn Exp Stes Asheboro, Asheboro

After a long day's drive..u don't want any hassle when u check into a hotel. U certainly will be amazed by this place. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt I had to in this case. From the checking in...to the checking out I couldn't find anything bad to say. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Shirley at the front desk was awesome. Thank you....Thank you and Thanks very much for the hospitality.

We wanted a smoke-free room, and got the Presidential Suite. The suite has a kitchenette, conference table, large king-size bed, and a bathroom complete with jet tub and tv. The service was above average, and the room was clean. It's the perfect distance from restaurants and the zoo. Would recommend for couples or a business stay.

The desk clerk Jennifer was friendly and always ready to assist us with information.From the minute we walked through the door till the moment we checked out we were treated like special family guests

The staff was very polite and cheerful. They were able to give us the adjoining rooms that were requested. The rooms were nice enough for the weekend (2 nights). We had two non-smoking rooms but one of the bathrooms had a very STRONG odor of a smoking room. Other than that, we were satisfied with the accommodations.

This was the worst Hotel I've ever stayed at! The Desk Staff (Deaudra) was very rude and snobby! The air-conditioner in my room didn't work! I was told that the Maintenance Man would be in first thing that morning to fix it and at 10:45 A.M. when I checked on it again I was told by Deaudra that she had no idea where the Maintenance Man was or if he would be in. I asked if the Manager would be in that morning and I was told, "Yes"; when I asked later I was told the Manager would not be in until Monday. The Internet service there was slower than dial-up! Needless to say, by 11:15 A.M. I was checking out! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
