Great Hotel
By ,
The hotel was very clean and new looking. We had 12 rooms reserved for family and friends for my daughter's wedding. JC Vera, sales manager, was so accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay go smoothly. The free breakfast had many choices and the area was always clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay in the area. They were very prompt in sending the free shuttle to the airport when our guests arrived and arranged for a large bus to take our group to the cruise ship the morning after the wedding. Thank you JC for taking some of the stress off the wedding weekend.

a comfy place, but boring
By ,
I went with my family at sleep inn it has very small room but it is a comfy place, its quiet and there is vending machines there incase your hungry because there are no restaurants nearby or in the motel! at least there is breakfast. the pool is very nice but very public and there are airplanes passing by and cars passing by. Its location is 10 minutes away from downtown Miami and 35 min in Miami beach and Miami is not for kids or family because its so boring in Miami!

Wrost management
By ,
I visited Florida with my family from California. Stayed at Orlando, Naples, Florida City, Key West & Miami finally before heading home. This establishment was the wrost place I stayed during my entire trip. Staff is irresponsible, rude and a lot more. Rooms were junk, services are poor. Waste your money somewhere else & spend night there inplace of this.

Very Enjoying Stay
By ,
This is a perfect hotel in the Miami Area, The hotel looks brand new. The rooms are kinda small but its all you need, They have nice and comfortable beds, Awesome Walk-In Shower and extra drawer space. The only problem is we had to switch rooms because the room next to us were arguing over something and we were switched to a quieter room. The breakfast in the morning was very good but packed. Nice Hotel and Good Service. I hope to stay there soon!!

Never again
By ,
Stayed for 3 nights in April 2007 - needed a place to stay to visit relative in hospital. they advertised free wireless internet which did not work during the entire stay and the staff did not care. Our keys never worked well and we kept needing them to be rekeyed - an annoyance, especially when you return to the hotel late at night and there is only a trainee working who does not know how to work the machine. We asked to be notified when an important package arrived. Even though we called the hotel from the hospital every hour, they kept saying the package did not arrive. We finally called the shipper, got the shipping info and found out who had signed for the package. We then discovered it had arrived several hours earlier.

Stay Away!!!
By ,
Where do I begin? At checkin, they tried to pull a fast one. The rate was higher than the original confirmed rate. I lucklily caught it at sign-in and had a print out of my confirmed lower rate so it was then honored. The room was extremely small and filthy, with what appeared to be bloody pieces of snot on several walls. The pillows were slightly less comfortable than resting my head on a litter box. There were two pancake-like "pillows" in the room and since it was after 4pm, no other pillows were available in the entire hotel. The staff (Oscar) was rude and unaccommodating. It took less than 5 minutes to realize that we could not possibly stay in this hotel. Upon calling the front desk to complain, we were told that we must pay for the room anyway since we already checked in. Rather than paying twice for a hotel room, we decided to make the best of it and try to "Sleep In". Ironically, sleep was nowhere on the agenda. It was very noisy in the hallway as well as the bed being small and uncomfortable. If we had a rental car, we would have gotten a better night's sleep had we slept in the car. In the morning, upon disputing the charges, the manager made a run for it and hid in her office. The front desk clerk then explained that there was no manager on site and we must return tomorrow to ask them to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is a HUGE LIE. The most management and corporate headquarters would do is issue a mere 30% discount. Apparently, they have a 30% satisfaction guarantee. This would have been fine, had I slept 70% of the night. The breakfast choices consisted of a stale muffin or warm juice. Do yourself a favor and sleep at the airport, you'll get a better night's sleep.

I couldnt wait to get back home
By ,
Me and and my now husband were going to Florida to get married. Well they had a cruise on Discovery through this hotel and that was horrible too. We asked them to book an extra night and they did not so when we got back we had to pay the extra money for one more night instead of it just being added. Then we asked for a shuttle the last night that we were there and they said ok. I found out what time it was leaving for the airport and when I went they left without me and my husband and told us our name was not on the list. We just barely made our flight. Needless to say the Westin in Hollywood was much better than the Sleep inn. The wedding was the easiest part of the whole vacation.

OK for 1 night stay
By ,
The hotel and rooms were clean. Good for a one night stay if your flying in or out. Not really close to anything fun as far as walking distance. Sets back from the highway so you're not listening to traffic and aircraft all night. But the neighborhood is the pits.
