Luxury Inn and Suites, Troy

The whole place smells like a cigarette butt. I stayed in a non smoking room and I had to sleep with the window open. found hair in the shower and in the bed. pulled the sheets up and the mattresses are disgusting. I went to the front desk no one there so I ended up suffering threw the night. It was very late and I needed to sleep. I went to the front desk first thing in the mourning and wanted my money back. I had made reservations for three days. being I paid with a debit card they refused. I even offered to pay for the night I stayed. being I didn't give them 24 hours notice I was checking out, they would not give me a refund and made me pay for all three nights. these people are the biggest cheats I have ever met.

First off, we booked on line and when we arrived to check in, they had over booked the singles. I got set up in a twin (which I was told very strictly to not even touch the other bed or I would be charged the twin rate). My co-worker got into his room and it had not even been cleaned yet. The rooms are well used with bad walls, floors, and plumbing. The sheets were stained and had holes from cigarettes. Overall just not impressed with the quality of the room for the rate they charge. We only stayed 2 nights then moved to a different town with a higher quality hotel for a much cheaper rate and better service.

Came here to visit family members for couple of days and I believe there are 3-4 hotels in Troy. I went to the hotel across Jack in the Box. It was horrible! I went to Super 8, there rooms were really nice but the price was too much. I asked if there are other hotels in town and they said there are but they can't say the name. Wow, seriously? I called my uncle and he recommended Luxury Inn. I went there and saw the rooms. They were great and the price was affordable. They also had breakfast, indoor pool, guest computer rooms and free high speed wifi. They also had microwave/refrigerators and coffee makers. Try to get that at many franchise hotels such as super 8, knights inn, Americas best value inn ect... I wish they had more hot foods but overall great stay, staff and price. I will stay here again.

Was VERY dissatisfied with this motel! was there for 4 days during a funeral for family member. room didnt get cleaned at all,beds not made,garbage not emptied, I had 2 beds with ,2 people,..ask to allow 2 more people to have in the room.,made me pay (IN CASH) would not put it on credit card(?????Shady) 20.00 for each additional guest _ per night _in the room. Have NEVER been treated like this anywhere!!! Pool "broken", Sinks didnt drain, tubs didn't drain..such a nightmare!!! I CANT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great hotel...freindly and courteous staff...the fresh start breakfast was excellent...loved the bisciuts and gravy, coffee and juices had great flavor...room was in great condition, bed was very comfortable... can't wait to stay there again...the HOSPITALLITY was amazing...thanks y'all
