Luxury Inn and Suites, Troy

I travel a lot. we reserved three king no smoking a week ahead of time. we drove all day and checked in about 6:oo. two of the rooms they checked us into had not been cleaned. they then checked one of us in to another dirty room. now they didn't have any more non smokeing. i had to stay in smoking room. the paint smell from the work they were doing was terrible. gave one of us a headacke. the next evening we talked to the manager. said they would not charge of for the rooms. we left and went to another hotel. i got charged for my room anyway. now i have no receipt.
