Baymont - Warrenton, Warrenton

We had a hot room and called front desk. Told to adjust wall setting.( we had already). Gave time to adjust. Still hot. Called again about midnight and was told we could change rooms. We had all of our luggage and was in bed trying to rest. No help. Due to the temperature of the room I had to sleep sitting up because the rooms smell stopped up my nasal passages. Next morning we were promised a refund of $43.00 to be sent in the mail.(we paid cash) No Check, No Response. Several calls never able to speak to manager. We were told that management had changed, as if this was a viable reason. I will try to locate other places next time if this is the way Choice Hotels does business.

Our room was awful!! There was vomit in the bathroom trash can and it was just covered up with a liner.  It made the whole room smell.  There was a used tampon applicator in the shower, a beer bottle cap on the floor that I ended up stepping on barefoot, the beds were broken and very uncomfortable, the refrigerator in the room was very loud.  It looked like all the housekeepers did was make the beds!! Thumbs up to management though, She assured us she would talk to the owner and try to make it right for us.  Haven't heard back though, but its only been a couple days.

room smelled musty upon opening the door. air conditioner was very loud. the hot tub apparently had not been used in sometime,there was lint and a film covering the bottom of the tub.wasnt worth the $99.00.WHAT THE HE-- IS A TOURISM FEE? I will be returning to the extended stay for my lodgeing.
