Country Inn Suites By Carlson Chattanooga I-24 West TN, Chattanooga

Just got here and this hotel is dirty!! I don't think they own a vacuum.The rooms walls are stained,carpet stained and comforters are gross.The furniture is nasty and I would not let me dog sleep on it.Went to the exercise room and all the equipment was broken. Very disappointed!!

well we just stopped in for the night, the lamp didnt work, tv didnt work, stains on the love seat. we just got a room to sllep in , but for a long stay i wouldnt recommend, a good thing it had a wonderful breckfast.

front desk clerk were very helpful, maintainance man was very respectful, and we can't wait to come back. we had alittle problems wiith one house keeper other than that loved it

We spent part of our honeymoon here and enjoyed it. We got pretty much what we had at our hotel in another city for a much lower price. Our room was comfortable and our location was excellent. We had no trouble getting into Chattanooga from this place. The only glitch we found is that sometimes the breakfast staff start shutting down the breakfast early, so I don't recommend waiting until the last half-hour.

Pretty plain compared to the other inn & Suites we have stayed at. Mexican music playing in the lobby as we checked in kind of strange I thought. Cracker barrel right in front. Heard trucks on I-28 most of the night though. Might ask for room to the west so you don't hear it thanks and good luck

Always accommadating. Finds us a room at the last minute when needed. Always gives us our favorite room if we call in advance. Have even done extra cleaning on a "smokers" room to make it acceptable for us "non-smokers" when rooms were a crunch. Love the place. Very inviting, great cookies in the evenings and wonderful breakfast. Very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel over the Memorial Day weekend, a thursday night through Saturday night. Overall the hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The rooms are very quiet, we had a room on the third floor and we never heard anything once we were inside our room. The negative things were that the furniture in the living area was not comfortable. If you are just using the hotel to sleep and not to relax, that is ok. But we did a lot of sight seeing during the day and wanted to come back and relax in the room before dinner or after dinner and both the couch and chair were very uncomfortable. The chair was not very deep and the couch slanted downhill (due to the sleeper). The air conditioner broke on saturday night, so the living area was very warm. However, we had the room a/c for the bedroom.

We enjoyed a great 3 day trip to Chattanooga. The hotel was very clean, service excellent, breakfast great. The kids loved the indoor heated pool. Great location. Easy to get to downtown aquarium, I-max theatre, and Childrens Discovery Museum. Can't wait to come back!
