very disatisfied

there was no weekend room service, directions to and from hotel were terrible, the staff did not know any local directions, room was not very clean, we were there 4 days there was one packet of coffee,no creamer and with no room service they did not bring any more, also when ever we went to the lobby that coffee machine was out of product,i'll never stay there again.
