Town Plaza Motel, Montgomery

Maaaaaaan these wack reviews...... I know for sure they are fake post. Hotel is cheap and good location but.... dirty.... scary...nasty towels and sheets..but you can't beat that price

My wife and I stayed at this INN and we loved it. The place is clean outside and the rooms are also very clean. The person who checked us in was very nice and friendly. Safe location and a well lit parking lot. Value vs. location, hands down the best deal. We were only 2 blocks from the state capitol and just a down hill walk to the entertainment district. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone reading this... Jason & Lisa S.

We called ahead to check price. Normal price is $55.00/night. We got it for 49.99 since it was 1 am. The attendant was rude when we arrived. He seemed upset that there was four of us. When we asked for extra towels because there were only a couple in the room he seemed bothered. The room itself looked okay at first glance but after we were there a few minutes we realized how worn down and dirty it was. The painting job was very sloppy with runs and painted hardware. The bathroom door would not shut and I felt gross just taking a shower there. The exhaust fan was covered in dust buildup and the wall paper was peeling. The beds didn't even have fitted sheets on them. They were covered by flat sheets. The bed frame was covered in dust and the door hinges were rusted and not installed all the way. I didn't notice any bugs but the towels were gross. I found a long black hair on one (not ours) and a pubic hair on the other. The rest of the towels had stains as well. When we checked in he didn't give us a room key either. They gave us a minor discount ($5.00) but they should have paid us to stay there! Also no continental breakfast either not that we would have eaten anything from there.

i loved everything...love to go there again and the best part was that it was located only two blocks away from the capitol building! =]]

Economic, hospitable and well-located. I was blocks away from my business meeting the next morning. My reservations were in order when I arrived and checkout couldn't have been easier.
