Resort on Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Beach

We've stayed three times and are now timeshare owners. Our favorite summer vacation spot. Nothing tops waking to the sound and sight of the ocean from the ample balconies on the waterfront. Cocoa Beach is a quiet, yet active beach, great for vacations and plenty of sun. And we found the Mexican Restaurant on-site to be delicious! Go and Enjoy!

We enjoyed this hotel so much we have been there twice and in the process of booking another week again. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

My family and I (wife, daughter and son) have stayed at the Resort on Cocoa Beach 5 separate times. Once a year from 2001 to 2006 (missed 2002). We never run out of things to do. Most days are filled up with trips to the beach and trips to the pool. Cocoa Beach has plenty to keep us busy if the weather doesn't cooperate. We drive down from Toronto each year because we love this place so much!

We decided to come here based on the reviews and the pictures we saw online. But after entering the hotel we were a little bit disapointed. The pool is smaller than it looked on pictures we saw online, the same for the room. When the reservation was made we asked for a non-smoking room because of a 2-years old. The result was a ionizer, but still after a day or two you could smell the smoke. The restaurant at the hotel is terrible. Don't go there. If there are more than 6 people, even if everybody pays for himself, they will charge you an extra 18% per ticket. When we asked what was up with that charge, we received a lot of attitude and very little explanation. The beach was full with ocean plants. The only big plus is the location: 1 hour from Disney, Sea world, Kennedy Space Center. We had some fun, but I don't think we will come back. I would say it's a two star hotel.

i own a timeshare. this place is awesome. its so pretty, so is the beach. many cute boys, and many girls for the boys. i suggest this resort. very clean, and good serv=ice.

I love it all! Rooms are always clean. Staff helps you. Privacy. Clean pools ,yummy restaurants..And drinks!!!!Needs dvd players and tv's in both bedrooms, then it would perfect

This was awesome for families, especially with little ones. I brought my family on a business trip there and my wife and 2 boys were able to keep busy all week. In fact, my wife could not get the kids to leave the hotel. Thier is a playroom with ball pit, movie theater and kids programs during the day. The zoo brings animals there on Wednesdays. They got to see and touch a Florida panther, alligator, python and skunk. THe pool was great and the rooms were awesome.

As owners of other timeshares, too, The Resort on Cocoa Beach is by far our favorite. Restaurant and theatre on the premises for the kids and mom, game room if you have quarters, exercise facility... but mostly, no more beachfront property available to build on in that area so the opportunity to sit on the deck and listen to the surf... Priceless. Terry

Have been several times since this resort has openned and each time is fabulous! GREAT location, wonderful rooms and friendly staff. TONS of things to do... great pool bar too.

The Hilton next door was only 10 bucks less per night, and it was a tiny little room with only a window to the beach. The Resort had a CONDO with two balconies directly over the sand dunes looking out on nothing but the Atlantic! I especially loved the night shift staff and will reccomend this place to all my friends and family heading towards Florida. GREAT BARGAIN!
