Superb

I believe this was my third time staying here and as the previous times the service has been outstanding. This place is my family's new place when we are traveling. The rates are very affordable. Our room (double suite) was spacious, with two TVs, comfy, and overall clean. The breakfast had great choices like regular or blueberry waffles and all the toppings you could dream to put on it (powdered sugar,blueberries,strawberries,whipped cream). The customer service is great too. Another treat about this place is the fresh baked cookies they serve during the day in the lobby with lemonade, teas, cocoa. However, it is a little small in space, but it has a nice intimate feel to it. Most of the time it is quiet, but it depends on the season you go. I would recommend you give them a chance.

Bad experieince here

I normally support Marriott properties but I won't go back here. Stayed in room 102 (King bed suite) and the room was a real mess: filthy sheets on the bed (crumbs and human hair), heating/cooling fan made so much noise you had to turn it off to sleep, and the internet connection never worked. I got into the hotel late after working all day, so it wasn't what I needed. I was only here one night, but the place made a really poor impression on me -

just wasnt worth what they charge i expected a lot more from a hotel with a four and half star rating it should have been more luxurios and cosy

I LIKED EVERYTHING THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN I DIDN'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS.I ALSO LOVED THE POOL AND HOT TUB. THAT WAS A TRIP TO REMEMBER.

Thoroughly Enjoyed the stay

We stayed at Springhill Suites on 04/27/07to04/29/07. My family and I were really pleased with the room. We were also pleased with the style and cleanliness of the hotel. We were very satisfied. The pool and hot tub were simply marvelous. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning of our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel

This place was great, I've stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, and this is a hotel I put in that class. 5 star. Miss Reeva Leuche, Heather Moore, were the best. Always with a smile and bright attitude. The breakfast was among the best ever The staff were friendly and very willing to please the customers. I will always stay here, even if it is out of my way on my visits to the Norfolk,Portsmouth, Chesepeake areas Thanks

Recommend it to everyone!!

I loved the style and cleanliness of the suites. I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The people that I roomed with all enjoyed themselves also. I've been there two times in the past two years and I plan to return before the year's over.
