Super 8 Cottonwood, Cottonwood

This motel has changed ownership since my last visit to Cottonwood. The rooms were very unclean,nasty odor,parking lot strewn with trash,unfriendly staff,and were not even close to the rooms we were shown on the internet. We refused to stay in the rooms we were shown,they refused our refund,and we had to jump through hoops to get our money back. Be very afraid to stay here. Bring your own bottle of alcohol!

I was not at all impressed with anything about this hotel. It cost us $150.00 for one night (checked in at 8:00 pm & checked out at 7:30 am) to sleep and shower. The front desk was rude, the room was reasonably clean but not 150.00 worth of clean.The cooler/heater and the bathroom fan (that does not turn off) were terribly loud which is not good when you have two small children. They were less than polite to my older son that stopped by to visit for an hour. Were charged a deposit fee that we were not warned about till seeing it on our bank account. Not happy overall.

I was charged $178.80 and i did not stay there. I do admit i did not call to cancel reservation but i should not be charged since i did not stay there. I would accept a fee charged for not calling to cancel but charging me full price for not staying there is ridiculous!

Rooms were dirty, staff was rude. They charged a securtiy charge of 87.00 for 1 day, which we were not advised of. Found out when I did my on-line banking. Called hotel, said they would credit my acct. in about a week. we will see.

For a one night stay, this is a great deal. We stayed four nights and the bed was not firm enough (a little saggy) and we awoke with a backache each morning. Nice, thick white fluffy towels, and plenty of them. Breakfast bar was plentiful and fresh. Right on the main road but could not hear a thing. Have stayed at the Best Western before but will stay here again next year.

Very helpful staff and really clean room. Great location too.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. A continental breakfast was served that suited our needs. Nice place to stay.
