Oak Tree Inn Yuma, Yuma

This was probably the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. I was treated like dirt. First of all, they sent me to a room where I met another guest naked! I apoligized, and went back to the front desk. The Lady at the front desk, Marticella I think her name was- didn't speak good english at all, and she quickly retreved the manager, Carl. Carl was rude, and unprofessional, and told me that I went to the wrong room. I asked him how, because my keys got me in there. He shrugged, and said that I wouldn't be able to find a room anywhere else, and that he was my only option. Ok, whatever. He was rude, but finally gave me another room. When I got the the other room, it stank like cat pee, and I complained but to no avail. Again, Carl offered no help. If you want a nice place to stay, this is not it. Around 2am, I woke up to a roach crawling on me! I stormed into the office, and demanded a refund. She said that I would not be getting my money back, and that I would be charged. I immediatly left. I was horrified by this place. I might be lying, but I'd say this place is terrible.

The overall appearance and location of this hotel was excellent. However the manager carl, or carlos i think was his name was very rude! I asked the person at the front desk for towels and this man comes from behind the wall and shouts that he didn't have towels and that we should've brought our own. After a few moments instead of handing me towels, he tossed a few unfolded towels on the ground near me and told me to pick them up. I left the Office and he started with innapropriate language. I'll never stay here again. What kind of company hires someone likes this?

There are some other places I'd rather stay first, but this turned out to be decent. Has a 24 diner and subsidized breakfast. Not free, but it's an actual meal, much better than your dry eggs and sausage warming over a can of sterno. Real quiet too and great for those working night shift work.

We got the room for a two night stay with my wife and two children, they would only give us two wash rags and two towels. if we wanted to get more we needed to exchange the dirty for clean at the front desk. and with a bit of struggle at that. I thought the hotels are their to service the people and to have a pleasurable expierence. I will stay somewhere else where the light will be left on or something.
