Horrible Customer Service

The front desk staff is rude and management supports them 100%. It was outrageous the behavior displayed and when attempting to get resolution management literally would not listen. Had already spoken to staff and told us what the situation was. It's no wonder staff behaves so unprofessionally if management condones and encourages it. Spend another $20 and stay anywhere else. You'll be glad you did!
