Red Roof Inn Columbus Downtown - Convention Center, Columbus

Parking is inconvienient and quite expensive. Once you leave, you must pay the $15 to park there again. Room was nice and staff was nice. However, it is to pricey for what it is. A $70 hotel room at best.

Very unattentive front desk staff. The security person, "female" was very rude, Barney Fife wanna be, and the vending machines were either empty or unplugged....One food vending machine in the hotel and it was not operational. Won't be back

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and very clean and the customer service was excellent. They treated me and my wife like royalty and didn't mind going out their way to help us with anything we needed assistance with. They were very good at answering all of our questions also they even helped us order food and call for taxi's. I would reccomend anyone attending an event in downtown Columbus to stay at this hotel they know the meaning of customer service and do everything to make their guests feel welcomed. I definately plan on coming back to this awesome Inn in the future.

i absolutely had a great stay..the staff was friendly, very courteous and muy informative...comfortable & spacious was my room..cleanliness was A+, i can only imagine that all the bed renters in the biz hope that they are this cool!! definately will stay here again upon return to columbus..

Staying in the Columbus area about 6 times a year we have stayed here over and over again. Parking is a little inconvienient but over all accomodations satisfactory, have had some cleanliness issues but all were taken care of by the helpful staff. Great value for the money, light breakfast included!
