Holiday Inn Exp Stes Norfolk, Norfolk

We were in a serious car accident and after we left the hospital, it was suggested that we go to the Holiday Inn Express. The staff at the front desk were beyond helpful. They made sure that we were not only comfortable, but had everything we needed as well. The room was exceptionally clean, and the shower was heavenly! The Holiday Inn Express offers a breakfast buffet free of charge, which in our case was greatly appreciated. They also have a Business Center, where one can get online, use the fax, or send mail. The staff also made sure we could get a shuttle to the rental car office. When we went back to NE to finish our business, we made it a point to stay at the Holiday Inn Express, where we were still remembered by all the staff! It made being away from home a much more personal experience for us!
