Avoid if possible.
I stay at many Baymont Inns, and while some have gone out of their way to bend over backwards to accomodate me, this was definitely not one of them. I had a problem entering the Baymont Inn using my room key late at night in the rain. The room key wouldn't open the outside door to get in the building like the brochures say they will. I went to the front desk, and was informed that the door was broken. I was told that the door had been broken for quite a while.
The next day I went to talk to management and was told the following: If you are not satisfied why don't you just check out and go some place else!
I couldn't believe anyone in the hospitatilty business would say this, but they did. I probably should have known. When I first checked in, I asked if there were luggage racks in the rooms, and was informed that this wasn't a hotel from the big city!
