Jameson Inn Cleveland, Cleveland

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was good, room was comfortable and location was great. The only thing we did not like was the "hard" pillows in our room. Not sure if all rooms had pillows like ours or not. Would stay again.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in acted like she might have stayed a night at this unhappy little hotel. The breakfast was the only thing this hotel had going for it. I think it is new and seems clean now, but I don't think it will be in that great of shape in years to come. Pool was clean, but did not look like it was kept (mildew it the tile). The room was very small with 2 doubles. We were on the second floor and there were no elevators or luggage racks. When we called downstairs to get more towels, she told us we needed to come get them. The morning we checked out I overheard the lady at the counter complaining of having to sleep on the floor because she was promised at reservation 2 doubles and upon arrival late that night, they told her all they had available was 1 king. When she asked for a discount for her troubles, they refunded her $5 and some change. This of course was a slap in her face and she demanded to speak to a manager, who would have to call her back. This hotel is definitely not somewhere I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Very quiet (even with a high school baseball team staying at hotel). Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommended.
