Quality Inn and Suites Near Staples Ctr, Los Angeles

This Holiday Inn takes the cake on being the worst I've been to for several reasons. First off, the internet connection is very unreliable. Next, the lights next to the bed did not work properly. A remote control for the TV would have been a convient little addition. But that's not what really dissapointed me about this hotel. Durring the contentidental breakfeast, one of the workers rudely turned off the TV when the breakfeast period was over when she could have simply asked us to leave. It took the longest period of time I have ever taken to check out of a hotel simply because me and my freind wanted to split the bill. When we left it still wasn't split evenly. I've stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one is just not worth the expense at all.

My wife and I have found our hotel in Los Angeles. The service we received was excellent - the people couldn't have been more helpful when we needed food, directions to the cool sites and even a place to relax & have a drink. The rooms are very nice (the jacuzzi suite). When we checked in, got settled in our room and relaxed, we had this feeling...are we really in Los Angeles? It totally felt like we were in another country. This is our hotel for L.A. and we will be returning.

Wow was this a terrible hotel. Absolutely false advertising. "Low-Quality Inn" would have been more appropriate. They get you to book with then with low teaser prices then they nickle and dime you during your stay. The rooms were cheaply maintained. Showers had no pressure. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. T Then on top of that, they wouldn't allow our friends visit us in our rooms because they "weren't staying at the hotel". Don't waste your money and don't ruin your trip by staying here.
