Comfort Inn Kingsville, Kingsville

First of all, when I called to make a reservation the guy on the phone didn't speak english so when I got there it was wrong. Also, when I checked in the guy didnt know english so I had a hard time communicating with him. Then when we finally got to our room it was hot and dirty. When I went back down to tell the guy the room hadn't been cleaned he didnt understand so he called his boss and handed me the phone and they were very rude. It was supposed to be a relaxing vacation but it turned out to be very stressful because of this hotel. The owners are the worst!

We saw a mouse on our first night, its very overpriced, the sheets were not clean. I could go on and on. I talked with the person at the front and they said the owners took over in 2011 and its gone downhill from there.

Our stay at the comfort inn was great, We have stayed at several comfort inn and this was one of the best. Our housekeeper on the 3rd flr was Jennifer and she was very nice and understanding to our needs. The cont. breakfast was great, especially loves the pancakes, Thanks for everything it was a worth it. Jennifer is a very valueable employee!!!

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Everything is to like about it. Their jaquzzie rooms are the best there is. I can't wait to go back and say there again. The service is the best will all the freindly people working there that's what makes you want to go back. Their service and there attention towards their guests.

Very quiet and nice atmosphere! Great Staff-Very Friendly and Professional!Great coffee and good continental breakfast selection. Nice spacious rooms. Great value for the money. (Wireless internest signal was weak)
