poor customer service

i had booking for smoking room and when i get there they told me sorry they dont have a smoking room means i did not get what i pais for. i checked in 4 am and requested if my check out could be ny 2 pm they denied.i had to leave MI in emergency and did not have time to make photocopies of my resume and I request at the front desk if I pay is there is any way i can 6 copies of my resume i denied gain. Now i got job which involves travelling means 4 night in motels per week and u think should i go to Holiday Inn
