Great hotel! We will be back in 2 weeks!
By ,
my husband is a diamond member stayed 2 days comp great service got a nice premium corner room at 22nd floor, great view of both pool, strip and Bellagio fountains. Room very clean , big bathroom , with coffee pot and fridge very happy with stay will definitely be back hopefully be able to stay at red room on next trip , Loved this hotel and will recommend. TV is still box type but not a big deal. Location of hotel the best. No live poker tables but connected to Ballys for poker . Enjoyed penny slots. Great buffet esp. made to order crepes. Again loved this hotel.

Every year - Same Great Place
By ,
Some folks just want to complain. I can undersatand the complaints about food, service, cleanliness, etc., as that can happen. But when someone rates "Location" anything below a "4" they just want to be critical. We have been coming to Vegas since the 70's and have stayed at the Paris at least once a year since 1999. We have not stayed at any other Las Vegas locations since 1999. We have found the resort consistantly GREAT. So again, I beleive you if you had a bad experience, but I believe nothing you say if you are critical of the location. I highly recommend the Paris, otherwise I would not keep going back.

Last time to Pars!
By ,
We found a used condom on the floor, overlooking the fountains, in our room. Obviously, the Cleaning staff overlooked it when they were getting te room ready. I called to complain. Management was very non chalant about it. Disgusted!! It's 2011- who still has a box tv? It is time they upgraded to flat screen tv's!

Unhappy American in France
By ,
This was my first trip to Vegas, and let me tell you, if you want the true American in France feel, stay here. I checked in wanting a room for 2 with 2 queens and they gave me a king. I called the front desk and spoke to Peter or Pierre, who told me that W...E inconvenienced them because we checked in late. Explained I was sorry I couldn't get off work earlier to get there so I could get in earlier than 1 AM. I was lucky enough to spend my first night ever in Vegas on a cot! They were nicer to me the next morning to give me the room I needed, but didn't feel to compensate at all for the inconvenience to me. THEN, after I checked out, the next morning I received a text that my checking was overdrawn. Finally, it was figured out that I was nice enough to pay for someone else's room. I gave this hotel 1 star because it was rather beautiful. But I've never been treated rudely by any hotel before.

Stay Away!
By ,
This is my second trip to Las Vegas and I would rate the stay at Paris the worst hotel experience so far in my life. We booked a Red Luxury Room for over $100 per night. When we arrived, we were given a standard room with a parking lot view. When I showed the staff my booking confirmation email, I was told by a very patronizing staff that I have to pay additional $40 per night to get my original booking, and that they don’t “guarantee” my booking of the Red luxury room. Having travelled much around the world, I was quite amazed by the way Paris honor their contract and the way they treat guests. I was thinking of walking out to another hotel – there are plenty on the strip anyway – but I was charged $120 in advance already, and we were tired and hungry after a long flight from east coast, so we decided to put up with it for two nights. If I visit Las Vegas next time, I will never deal with Paris any more. Besides dishonesty, the hotel is unremarkable in service and amenities. The buffet is a long wait (near one hour for dinner on a Monday night, with plenty of empty tables inside) and the food is mediocre for the price. The pool is very small with little decoration. Paris charges $25 for using gym and a tiny spa. I highly recommend staying away from Paris.

Glad I didn't change my reservation
By ,
I visited over the 4th of July and had my choice of complimentary rooms from any of Harrah's properties or MGM properties Aria included. I chose to stay at Paris because of the location (broke my hip last fall) and thought it would be easier to get around the central location.I was leary to book here with all the negative comments I stayed at Bellagio in May found it to be lovely but too big and choice of machines I play was limited. We had a great time at Paris!! Every employee was friendly and the room was beautiful and very clean. I honestly think some people just love to moan and groan about anything from beds and pillows to not having a coffee pot in the room . Don't hesitate to book here I stayed here a few years ago and was even better this time. plan on staying here next spring

A little dissapointed.
By ,
The Paris is not what we expected. I noticed it was not very clean, the carpet under the headboard was very dirty. I only noticed it from the desk chair, you could see it clearly from that viewpoint. There was a left-over sandwich in the room refrigerator, we just removed it and didn't say anything. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating, as well as the concierge staff. It was our first time in Vegas and we were there to get married, so we were a little over whelmed by everything else. I would not stay at the Paris again because I think they could do a better job with cleanliness of the hotel. The casino was very clean.

Will not go back
By ,
We just returned from a stay at Paris. We will not go back. I requested "close to elevator" our room was the last room in the hallway. I was told that there would be a coffee maker in the room. There is a machine, but it is not a coffee maker. Being a diamond card holder, I was told that we could use the gym, but they charged my husband 25.00. The housekeeping staff would yell to their co-workers at 8:00 in the morning waking us up. The walls are like paper. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for the items in the frig, because we had opened it to put two bottles of water in it to keep them cold. Harrah's has certainly gone down hill.
