Extended Stay Deluxe Universal, Orlando

I stayed at the extended day delux universal studios and had to deal with one of the rudest customer service was the name adlin robinson of the lady and by far made my stay very unpleasent and never again will me or my family stay at a extended stay hotel again..

I visted this hotel chain before in Jacksonville about 3 years ago and it was nice and clean and while visting the internet to plan a little trip away from home me, my honey, my brother and his girlfriend I came across Extended Stay hotel site and remembered my stay. We were looking for a nice clean hotel with kitchenette where we could prepare our own food, which is hard to find this hotel was such a good value and everything we were looking for and more. It is also in a great location. If you are reading this review you have come to the right site. I which I could stay again this weekend but the hotel is booked. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a great time. Thank you Extended Stay and staff

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting Universal Studios. It is literally a two minute drive from the Universal parks and just down the street from Walgreens and TGI Friday's. Our room was VERY CLEAN - including the towels, sheets, bathroom, and kitchen. The lobby and surrounding hallways were also very clean and actually smelled really good all the time. Free breakfast every morning from 7-10 included bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea. The service was great and the staff was friendly. Swimming pool was heated and quiet. Wireless internet was fast and reliable. Two large desks for working, and 3 free showtime movie channels. The bed was comfortable, along with the recliner. I could not believe how cheap this hotel was! $59 per night is a STEAL! Stay at this hotel!! We will definitely be back

Great hotel, great rates, big and clean rooms with a full kitchen. Great and convenient location from airport, Disney, and 1 minute away from Universal Studios. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked that the staff was so helpful here. They were helpful with figuring out transportation in the area and where to find things. The hotel itself was pretty clean too. I liked that there was a fridge, because it gets hot in Orlando and after going to Universal all we wanted was water. The room has cable, including Showtime if you like movies. The shower was nice, it looked new and had a cool design. The only thing I wasn't expecting was no toothpaste or toothbrushes, but we found out you have to ask, they don't just include them in the room. Overall I would stay here again. If you are going to universal studios, I highly recommend staying here, in fact. It's within walking distance, literally, to Universal's Parking Garage/ Entrance. I walked to there, 1 out of the 4 days I stayed. The location is great for other reasons too. The I-drive bus that takes you to International Drive attractions is right in front of the hotel and the Lynx (local transp.) that takes you to Universal is too. There's also a buffet across the parking lot with great food. Pool was small but in a shady yet cool area.
