Holiday Inn Exp Stes Lansing, Lansing

I was raised in Leavenworth so when I come home from out of town for family I expected it to be a breeze. My day had not started off on the right foot I was already having a terrible time from my flight in. My luggage got lost and I just felt my day couldn’t get any better. As I arrive to the hotel I was greeted by Heather who is not particularly the nicest person I would like to have met upon entering the hotel. After asking to speak to the manager who obviously has no type of people skills, I see why the front desk girl treated me the way she did. It was unbelievable the way I was being treated. She really upset me. I just had the worst day possible and to be in my home town I would think that I could relax and breath but to be treated as though I was some ignorant person is just ridiculous. My staff makes my reservations so to ask me tedious questions as though I am not intelligent is so uncalled for especially with being such great hotel. My family was thinking about staying at the Holiday Inn for our December Reunion never again will I or anyone of my family members or friends think twice about staying there. I have staid at numerous amounts of hotels seeing as how my field has me travel a lot and never have I felt so disgusted with the service. I WILL NEVER STAY AT YOUR HOTEL AGAIN.!!!! I just want to thank the managers and staff for making my already miserable day become a nightmare.!!!
