BEST WESTERN Inn-Three Rivers, Three Rivers

I stayed here 2/14/05-2/18/05 and as soon as I got here the trouble began. Internet connection was advertised as "High Speed".....compared to a snail maybe. I could not even connect for two days and the hotel staff had no idea how to fix it and did not have any interest in finding out......so I called corporate office and they fixed it. The second night I was here the "management" decided it was a great idea to re-porcelin the tubs and the fumes were throughout the building........they didn't care. No early checkout, no discount, no refund, no nothing. The fourth night, a bunch of refinery workers had a HUGE PARTY until about 11PM and again the hotel did nothing. If you can camp in a tent, do it before you stay here.
