I have to say the Casino, Rooms and staff were wonderful. I had a great stay!! Everything was clean and the Restruant was great. I am coming again this year 2013

Very nice and clean Hotel, We come here often only complaint is they offer free hotels but the last 3 times we called they didn't have any available so that is hard for us as it is a fairly long drive for just a day or evening. We do enjoy coming here.

When we left the casino was robbed at gun point by three men in the parking lot less than 100 feet from the front door. Maybe some guards should be present in the parking lot instead of all of them in the casino. Luckily they took all our money and ran off in the parking lot without physically harming us. We went back in the casino to ask to call the police. They told me it was a reservation and police can't do anything there, so it would do not good. They were very uncooperative and completely unconcerned. The guards were obnoxious and rude. They said that has never happened before, but I truly doubt that. Attitude was too bad for us. Appeared they just wanted to shut us up. I will investigate further what action could have and should have been taken and suggest you do the same before step foot on this reservation. I'm sure the reservation police could have been called to write a report and I'm sure Kansas has a gambling commission that will be interested in our report. You would think a casino or staff would be horrified that this happened to a guest, especially if this had never happened before or at least for their own safety. Obviously guest security is not a concern.

I spent my 62nd birthday at Prairie Band in Mayetta, KS last April. I drove down from Lincoln,NE and met my sister who drove up from OK... I really enjoyed myself then. THEN last Thurs the 25th the same sister (Salli Fisher) and I met again at P.B. I loved the room (3022) it was lovely, the food great, and I won $100.00 on the penny slots. I had no negitive thoughts. Your casino was great, had fun and I do receive the bus info thru the mail. I live an hour away from Council Bluffs, Iowa but don't go as I always come away disappointed.

i love it its prettier and warmer since PBPN took over, yes its smoking and u dont always win but its a casino and if u cant handle that then mayb ur not in the right spot but it has a billboard that shows how much is paid out its not the casinos fault lucks not on ur side or if u cant walk away, i go to the PBPN casino every time i have a sitter and extra money, the people are nice and i never feel bothered or neglected and the foods great

i used to win some on the slots but hardly any more..Nice rooms..Buffet is OK. They have cleaned up their smoke problem somewhat. need some free slot tournaments like oklahoma casinos have.

The smoke is just the worst. They have a very POOR vent system if any at all.

well i gamble alot win some loose alot more but its like that at every casino i go to, the rooms are excelent and even better when there free so if your gambling alot you should be getting free rooms ive even had rooms for friends and on fri and sat comped not all casinos will give free rooms for your friends and thay have done it serveral times now the guards are a little abrasive at times but what do you expect thay prob have that gambling bug to and cant touch the slots just get to hear them so cut them a little slack there doing there job. as for food the three fires steak house is supper but the buffet not so much the little food spot thats open at 2am when you get that sudden earge to get your eat on has good food but killer deserts if you didnt figure it out yet im a large guy and love good food, getting ready to go back for a couple of days and mabe the slot machines god will see it there way to bless me with a jackpot, probley not but thats gambling. so all in all i would say if you want good food lots of noise from machines ( hate quiet ones) and great customer service then this is one place you should check out. and before you critize my spelling im gona tell you my spelling sux so sorry if you cant make out some of the words.

I have been spending $1500 to $7000 a night at this casino and get treated like crap every time. I have been dodged by the management and hosts almost daily. I do not drink or do drugs so please do not assume im not a respectable member of the community.
