the man who was at the front desk was extremely rude. one might think that the person who first greets the guest(s) would have at least a casual interest in doing his job. the room had a very bad odor. the shower was DISGUSTING ! THE CARPET WAS WORN & STAINED. the furniture needed to be thrown OUT & replaced. at breakfast the next morning there was no milk or orange juice. when i informed the young man at the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders & said " i guess we're out " . no pool. stay somewhere else. we will next time we're in gainesville , ga.

Much check-in confusion, even with reservations. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Hair in sink (which was also clogged). Dirty sheets, dirty washcloths. Very rude employee. I had guests stay here and they said it was "a nightmare" and "the worst place they have EVER stayed". Have sent in a formal complaint to Ramada. Ridiculous.

the rooms he showed to us was dirty,bad carpet, old beds, the room had a bad stink about it.and he asked us 79.95 a nite.He told us we would not find any rooms any where else, right across the road.great rooms and clean fresh and 20.00 cheaper.
