total ripoff , robbery by hotel

had reservations, had to cancel 4 days before stay due to health issue my wife had , talked to manager , no problem gave us a confirmation # for cancellation , called back weeks later they say no refund, tried calling owner Bob Patel , several times, he has not responded ,Bob cannot find time to talk to me about this too busy to deal with me , I'm out 260 dollars , so lets recap had reservations , called and cancelled got confirmation now they wont refund , buyer beware , ripoff , bob is to busy to talk to you , left messages every day for a week so BOB , now i will review your hotel on every site and theta 260 dollars you stole is going to be the hardest 260 dollars you ever stole

Never stay here.

I had a Do Not Disturb sign, and they came in my room every day of my 4 day stay. Day 1 they came in, rummaged through my stuff and didn't even clean my stinking and dirty room.

Very Comfortable Rooms, Very Nice Hotel

This was a business trip and I chose to stay at Sleep Inn because of location. Not only great location, but super friendly staff, very clean, nice rooms and especially the shower. One of the most comfortable beds of any hotel. All the extras like free in room wifi, and a really good breakfast. I will most definitely stay there again not only on business but when visiting the area on personal travel.
