Surfside Hotel, Crown Point

It is a great location, a couple of blocks from a couple of beaches. Really relaxing and clean, the room was very nice and included cooking supplies. I was a little disappointed with the customer service, not very friendly and when I tried to book a return trip they gave me the run around, were not helpful and ended up giving away my reservation...bummer. But overall it is a very nice little place.

i had the pleasure of stayin at surfside for a recent trip to tobago. it was just right. i went with a nicely sized group of people and the apartment style rooms were just perfect to accomodate everyone. for the price you really cant get anything that good and everyone around there is soo friendly! but honestly, its not a 5 star hotel or anything fancy but its just perfect if you plan on mainly seeing what tobago has to offer. and better yet its only 2 or 3 block walk from store bay beach and its a mile or two from the airport. it was absolutly perfect for our trip.

We had a great family vacation at surf side. However, when we arrived we had to wait at least 45mins to be checked in and had to ask why the delay before someone told us. Eventually everthing was sorted out and we got checked in with no further problems for the entire stay. Overall it is a lovely family hotel and we will be returning. It is a very private and secure evironment to enjoy a vacation at.

I must say that the location is ideal but that is about all that I can personally say about the place. The apartment that I stayed in was very small, the bedroom was cramped, the kitchen was very small, the bath was also very tiny. I guess everything was designed to maximise space with no emphasis on customer comfort. The owners had some very ridiculous rules abot visitors to guests, they asked us if our family slept the night when they visited, but they were actually staying at a better hotel. The five foot deep pool opened at 9am and closed at 9pm, how rediculous. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend here to anyone.

This is a family oriented, comfortable and safe place to stay on vacation. Close to all amenities, including the airport, resturants and Storebay beach. thank you very much. Neisha and Gavin

I recently visited surfside hotel with my family and it is a wonderful place if you are looking for rest, relaxation with quiet surrounding.Though it is close to the beach with surrounding restaurants and grocery, there were no noisy disturbances during my 3 nights stay.This was because of its location. The kitchen had all the basic utensils.Beds were comfortable.Rooms very spacious. I certainly look forward to staying at this hotel again. This hotel is pretty basic in the sense that the rooms are certainly not fancy, but everything is there and works. The best feature of this hotel is its location. Everything is close by. Food stalls, restaurants, the beach, walking distance to Pigeon Point. Also convenient is the that the rooms have a kitchen with everything in it you need to cook. This can help you keep ur cost down.
