Never again!!

The people in the room above us were noisy - running and jumping all night long. I called down to the front desk to complain, but nothing was done about it. Also, they advertised internet service, but there was none. They supposedly have a "Satisfaction Guarantee", but when I called the company, they said it was up to each individual hotel whether or not to honor the guarantee. Since I never received a call from the hotel after I complained, it is obvious that this Sleep Inn does not honor their own guarantee.

I really liked it because it is not even a mile from the campus!!! Great for if you want to stay near the campus!!
