The staff at this hotel was so helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to keep your team..go here! They are set up to take care of things and even have cameras in the halls to help keep an eye on things. It's older and is not "The Ritz" but it was clean and the staff was always willing to help.

The outside view will make you assume you have chosen a decent hotel for your stay. Wrong. Once I arrived to my room, I was very disappointed. I was not clean. I had to wipe down the room with a wet towel and soap just to feel comfortable enough to stay one night. I reserved for 3 but only staying one. This room had two beds. One of the beds had hair on the top of the sheet and appeared to have stains. Didn't even touch that one. I let down the cover to the other bed, sheets appeared clean but saw one stain, could have been an old one, don't know. But I covered my sheet with a bath towel anyway. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Price is too high for the quality of the room.

changed rooms 4 times! who refinishes furniture RIGHT next to a room where people are sleeping?! bad phone reception, horrible internet... and rolling in dirt would have been cleaner than the room with the pube in the bed

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is very clean and neat. The staff was always there to assist in anyway. The hotel is always egar to accommadate in all of our church conferences and we apprecitate this very much.

The bathroom was the first thing you saw when you entered, which was really odd. There was no main light for the room... just a bunch of lamps stuck to the wall. This made it difficult to really see what you got going on without stopping to have to turn on yet another light. The wireless internet sucked royally. I couldn't pick up anything, web pages freezed up instantly or didn't even load... and my room was right on the second floor, directly above the wireless router (found this out after I complained). There was a LAN cable and it was better but it would have been more useful if the wireless worked right. I'd go back I suppose, if I needed to. I didn't like the location. When you drive down Hwy 165 into Pineville, LA, you see all these nice hotels. When you merge into Hwy 71 and pass the comfort inn, you see more nice hotels. Comfort Inn was stranded alone in what looked like some ghetto neighborhood off the main highway. I dont think the location was well thought out.
